  THIS INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN RESPONSE TO A COMPLAINT RECEIVED ON MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2009.
  THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT SHE VISITED THIS FACILITY ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 16, 2009. SHE STATED
  SHE OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE ON THE SANDWICH LINE, NAMED LINDSEY, MAKING SANDWICHES WITH BAREHANDS.
  SHE ALSO STATED THAT LINDSEY AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TOOK A SMOKE BREAK AND THAT SHE WAS NOT SURE
  IF THEY HAD WASHED THEIR HANDS WHEN THEY WENT BACK INTO THE FACILITY. SHE STATED THAT WHEN SHE
  WENT BACK UP TO THE WINDOW TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE SHE WAS STILL NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES. THE
  COMPLAINANT TOOK A PHOTO OF THE INCIDENT ON HER CELL PHONE. ACCORDING TO THE FOOD SERVICE
  SUPERVISOR AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, WHO RECEIVED THE PHOTOGRAPH, IT WAS INCONCLUSIVE FROM THE
  PHOTO WHETHER OR NOT THE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING GLOVES.
   
  THE ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE. SHE WAS UNAWARE OF THE COMPLAINT. SHE STATED
  THAT SHE WAS THE OTHER EMPLOYEE WORKING WITH LINDSEY AND THAT GLOVES WERE WORN WHEN HANDLING
  READY TO EAT FOOD AND HANDS WERE WASHED WHEN RETURNING FROM SMOKING.
   
  EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING GLOVES AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
   
  NO CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE FOUND. 
   
  NO VIOLATIONS CITED AT THIS TIME.
